We had a great evening Friday with Tyler, Shayla, Kinley, and Konner Hood. Tyler was Paili's soccer coach for the fall and spring soccer season. Kinley and Paili played together. They live really close to us. (Less than 5 minutes walking!) We go to the same church. Shayla and I started walking together and became quick friends. It's been a really easy fun relationship. Our kids swam, played with water balloons, played on the swing set, played in the boys rooms, and watched a movie. They had a great time together. The adults laughed-a lot.  We've really enjoyed getting to know them better as a family and not just me and Shayla knowing tons about one another at this point in our relationship from spending at least 5 hours a week together.
