Sunday we didn't make it to church. We were all dressed and heading out the door but Paili couldn't find her shoes so she went outside to see if she had them in the car. When she stepped outside, she fell down with a cramp and started wailing. We were already running late so I said--nevermind. What a bummer. We still had a great day. Paili played outside with the neighbor/friends all day. Sky and I played inside.

Fitness: Kellie has a sick baby-and she is sick. Amy wasn't home. So,  I biked about 5 miles. Ran and walked a couple of miles.
